Bankruptcy And Litigation Solutions For Your Business
Business owners never hope to face either bankruptcy or litigation, but both are a reality for many businesses. They can be a challenging time for a business and require skilled legal guidance to make it through successfully.
When your business faces difficult legal questions, Kell C. Mercer, P.C., is here to help. With over 20 years of legal experience, I have represented businesses throughout Texas in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy procedures, as well as business litigation, construction and telecommunication litigation and collection actions. You can learn more about me here:
Flexible Representation. Uncompromising Standards.
I put my dedication and skill to work for my clients every day. Every case starts with an open mind and open communication. I will listen to what your goals are, not just for this case, but for the future of your business. Working together, we can develop creative solutions for the hurdles you face.
I began Kell C. Mercer, P.C., after many years as a partner at two large law firms. I knew I could offer better value and flexibility as a solo practitioner, while still providing the same knowledge and experience available from a large firm. My standards remain high, but my fees are much more affordable for small and midsized companies. My flexibility allows me to tailor my approach in each case to meet your needs. I use technology and a smaller staff to serve clients throughout Texas from my main office in Austin. I am even able to handle bankruptcy cases outside of Texas.
